Return & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement if it meets one of the following conditions:
· An incorrect product was delivered to you, meaning the product does not match the item description on the website, or a wrong product is delivered.
· The product you received has a manufacturing defect or damage. In this case, it must be returned within 4-6 working days from the date of delivery.
Exclusions
Since all our products are handmade by experienced artisans, each piece is unique. Due to this craftsmanship process, slight variations in color tone, shape, or size may occur between products, which is considered normal and not a defect. Therefore, such variations are not eligible for return or replacement.
Return Process
If your purchase meets the return criteria stated above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sanjeev@indianhub.com with the following details:
· Order number
· Delivery address
· Reason for the return: If the product is defective or incorrect, please also send an image of the item.
Requests sent after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be considered.
Case-by-Case Basis
Each return or replacement request is treated on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to offer refunds for the following reasons:
· Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
· Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
· The recipient refuses the package.
Resolution
If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will:
· Exchange the product with a replacement or a different product of the same value.
· Or, refund the order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the provided address.
In case we are unable to provide a replacement, we will notify you and process a refund. The credit of the paid amount will reflect in your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit coupon of the same value.
Tampered Package
If you notice that the package has been tampered with, do not accept the item. Instead, return the package to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
